Shipping Policy
Domestic (USA) shipping only. Default shipping method is USPS standard rate and is generally a 3-7 business day delivery window. Shipping rates will be provided at checkout.
Additional services outside of standard delivery, such as changing to a different shipping company, expedited/rush delivery, special handling, additional insurance, signature requirement, or any other unusual request, will result in extra charges. Those will be discussed with buyer before mailing.
Delivery date/time cannot be guaranteed as it is at the mercy of the shipping company. The tracking number will be provided to the buyer. Any further shipping inquiries must be made by the buyer directly to the shipping company. Seller cannot be responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Delivery can be arranged for a $10 fee to the following areas: Galveston, Hitchcock, Texas City, La Marque TX

Delivery within Bayou Vista, Original Bayou Vista, and Omega Bay is free

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be fully happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please reach out to me and we can work out a solution together. Any wearable item, including Willie Warmers, are not eligible for return or exchange.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Requests for custom orders will be reviewed first and agreed upon between the buyer and seller before work will begin.
Custom order prices may differ from similar items for sale on the website. Fluctuations in pricing may occur due to current supply costs, alterations in patterns or designs, time allowance, rush service and variances in materials used.
Pricing will be provided to buyer prior to work begins and a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance will be due at time of completion of the work and shipment sent.
If a custom order is cancelled once work has begun the deposit will be forfeited.
